Mission

Customer quality engineer has responsibility and authority to ensure the customer requirements are addressed. This includes selection of key characteristics, and related training, corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities and Activities

Day by day:

·         Collect all customer claims about products, even without return of parts.

·         Analyze customer claims and initiate corrective actions

·         Authorize return of parts to CASAPPA manufacturing site.

·         Analyze parts rejected by the customer’s manufacturing plants, engineering facilities and dealerships.

·         Minimize cycle time and optimize effectiveness of this process.

·         Prepare and manage analysis reports according to procedures established.

·         Initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence according to problem solving procedures established.

·         Build up Customer C.A.

·         Where applicable, go on site to support the customer and find out the root cause of the claim/rejected part;

Projects:

·         Take part in NPI review meetings before technical agreement

·         Support team in the understanding of customer requirement

·         Ensure the customer requirements are addressed: communication with customer for requirement, PPAP for new projects, ECN.

·         Support Quality Manager in customer audit and Customer certification program (OEM’s)

Requirement

·         University Degree in Mechanical Engineering;

·         Good in spoken, written, reading English;

·         Be familiar with MS Office and mechanical drawing;

·         Be available to travel;

·         Highly self-motivated in learning and problem solving.

·         Good manual operation ability;
